The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, otherwise known as Harry and Meghan, have reportedly given their blessing to an upcoming royal biography about them. Deadline reports the couple even gave an interview to the book’s authors before they waved ta-ta to the UK.
Finding Freedom: Harry and Meghan and the Making of A Modern Royal Family was written by journalists Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand, who have extensively covered the British Royal Family over the years.
“For the very first time, Finding Freedom goes beyond the headlines to reveal unknown details of Harry and Meghan’s life together, dispelling the many rumours and misconceptions that plague the couple on both sides of the pond,” part of the synopsis on Amazon reads.
“With unique access and written with the participation of those closest to the couple, Finding Freedom is an honest, up-close, and disarming portrait of a confident, influential, and forward-thinking couple who are unafraid to break with tradition, determined to create a new path away from the spotlight, and dedicated to building a humanitarian legacy that will make a profound difference in the world.”

And then there’s the other book, the one called Kensington Palace: An Intimate Memoir From Queen Mary To Meghan Markle, which will be released in September. In an excerpt from the book published by the couple’s fave, the Daily Mail, anonymous sources told stories of Meghan’s behaviour in Kensington Palace. One source, a former servant, described an incident that contributed to the couple’s decision to split their household from William and Kate‘s. Apparently “Meghan shouted at a member of Kate’s staff”, which was “definitely the beginning of discussions about leaving Kensington Palace.” Other sources claimed Meghan was jealous of Kate, because “she is not married to the next king.” Bummer. The anonymous sources threw more of the same shit at Meghan, even adding that she was jealous that her former home, Frogmore Cottage in Windsor, was “tiny in comparison to the vast apartment complex where Kate and William live.”
