Today in important celebrity relationship news, Halsey is apparently dating actor Evan Peters, and honestly, something about that just feels right, y’know? Like, as soon as I heard about this, I was low-key surprised that they weren’t dating already and hadn’t been together forever. Doesn’t it seem like that? Just one of those things, I guess.
ANYWAY, it turns out that Halsey has actually been pretty keen on the American Horror Story star for a while now. Back in 2012, she Tweeted: “Seriously Evan Peters stop making me attracted to alleged sociopaths and accused murderers …” The following year, she launched a “petition for Evan Peters to date me.”
A year after that, she said: “I’m a fucking liar I’m so in love with Evan Peters I’m so whipped I’m whipped as fuck !” There seems to be a consistent – albeit fairly confusing – pattern emerging there, so it was only a matter of time til the two were officially linked as a couple.
The two of them went on a date to Six Flags in Los Angeles last week, and were photographed looking happy and holding hands. An onlooker told The Daily Mail: “They were laughing and flirting the whole time while we waited for the ride, it looked really romantic.”
Peters called off his engagement to Emma Roberts earlier this year, while Halsey has been linked to Yungblood and G-Eazy in the past, and whether this is true love or just some kind of weird theme park spon con, we wish them all the best.
