The Greatest Showman

“When a movie becomes as big a success as this, it’s only natural there is demand for a sequel,” Gracey told The Sun. “So those discussions have started and we are working on one right now.”

BIG YES.

The Greatest Showman tells the tale of one P.T. Barnum who rounds up a unique group of performers for a circus known as The Greatest Show. Zac Efron, Zendaya, Michelle Williams, Rebecca Ferguson, and Keala Settle to name a few co-star.

Gracey didn’t reveal any specific details about the sequel but here’s hoping for another stellar musical full of insanely addictive anthems. As of December 2018the film’s official soundtrack has sold 5.3 million copies worldwide. Ripper songs include ‘This Is Me’, ‘Rewrite The Stars’, and of course ‘The Greatest Show’.

Speaking of which, behold a lil’ snippet from Jackman’s Brit Awards performance.

It’s been a delightful week for Jackman who – earlier this week – achieved his childhood dream of becoming a Guinness World Record holder. The actor was given the title of ‘longest career as a live action Marvel superhero’ for his role as Wolverine. Sir Patrick Stewart, otherwise known as Professor Charles Xavier, was also given the same title.

Jackman and Stewart first appeared in their roles in the 2000 movie X-Men.

“Lifelong quest to get in the @guinnessworldrecords complete. No less sharing with my dear friend @sirpatstew and @alisonhammond55 #dreamcometrue” Jackman shared on Instagram.

Prepare for some wholesome viewing.

P.S.

Tears every single time.
