Here’s What Your Fave Stars Got Up To At The Golden Globes After Party

Golden Globe

The ceremony is over, history has been made, and many Golden Globes have been won but the night is still young. Somewhere a million miles away, stars of the little and big screen are thoroughly getting smashed as they celebrate their wins/losses on this blessed Monday night.

Unfortunately, the majority of stars aren’t exactly posting to their social medias at the moment – it is the early hours of the morning in Los Angeles – but, we do have the official after party shots.

According to social media, most of the stars appear to be at the InStyle and Warner Bros. Golden Globes after party. Why? I would point to the fabulous elevator. Instead of your classic photo booths, this after party has an actual elevator set up complete with clichéd music and a cheeky elevator operator.

As Douglas Friedman, man behind the camera, captioned one of his iconic posts: “What happens in the elevator, stays in the elevator.”

Yes, that is Black Panther‘s Michael B. Jordan making out with Lupita Nyong’o who then gets it on with Danai Gurira.

One word: ICONIC.

Anywhoo, here’s Australian actor Chris Pang with his Crazy Rich Asians co-stars Jimmy Yang and the always handsome Harry Shum Jr.

Please enjoy Netflix‘s Set It Up stars Zoey Deutch and Glen Powell being too adorable.

Allison Janney, everyone.

This next one’s a big mood, courtesy of the brilliant Connie Britton.

Again, BIG MOOD VIBES from the only and only Tiffany Haddish.

Not pictured in the elevator: Taylor Swift, Constance Wu, Pete Davidson, Gemma Chan, Adam Driver, Heidi Klum, Jameela Jamil, Lana Condor, Claire Foy, Emily Blunt, and John Krasinski to name just a few. A lot of stars attended this party.

Oh, and here’s Hilary Duff and her partner Matthew Koma packing on the PDA.

Meanwhile, Mark Ronson and the writers of ‘Shallow’ – Lady Gaga, Andrew Wyatt, and Anthony Rossomondo – were just a tad pleased with their win. ‘Shallow’ from A Star Is Born took home the gong for Best Original Song.

“WE’RE OFF THE DEEP END,” Ronson captioned the post.

OH! This also happened earlier in the night.

If you’re blanking. Idris Elba was *heavily* rumoured to be the next James Bond after Daniel Craig. He even teased a whole lot of us by posting tweets like “Elba, Idris Elba” but alas, it was not meant to be as the star put the rumours to bed during a red carpet appearance last year.

Stay tuned, we’re sure all the unofficial Golden Globe after party videos and piccies will hit social media tomorrow. Until then, I’ll be aggressively refreshing InStyle’s Instagram.
