‘Go Back To Where You Came From’ Is Returning For A Third Season

Go Back To Where You Game From – SBS’s answer to My Kitchen Rules, but with racism instead of confit duck – is officially returning for a third season, beginning on July 28.

The three-episode season follows six “ordinary” Aussies – who, wouldn’t you know it, have some pretty controversial things to say – as they follow the journeys taken by asylum seekers.
SBS released a teaser trailer for the show this week, featuring the sure-to-be-popular-on-social-media Kim, who believes that Australia is already “under attack” by terrorists, among the participants.
There’s also school teacher Andrew, who believes that asylum seekers are detrimental to the Australian way of life, and is likely to clash with Renee, who maintains that they make our society better.
“The refugee and asylum seeker debate is one of the most complex and divisive for our modern multicultural Australian society,” said SBS managing director Michael Ebeid. “And the time is right to continue the conversation now.”
