Remember after the iconic Game Of Thrones Battle of the Dead was done, and everyone’s deciding where to go and what to do next… and Jon Snow RUDELY just gave his faithful steed, Direwolf Ghost, a simple look to farewell him forever as he traipsed off into the wintery wilderness? Yeah, we hadn’t forgiven Jon for that insanity either, tbh.

Well, while many fans are up in arms (me included) over Jon Snow’s banishment to the Night’s Watch after he murdered Queen Daenerys to save humanity (yeah no worries mates), the silver lining of that shit sandwich was that Jon reunited with 12/10 good boy Ghostie. And folks, it was a TIME. This was no simple “look” to say hi. There was a PROPER GOOD BOY CUDDLE.
We needed this. We needed this more than we needed to see Arya stab the Night King and that’s really making a Big Call, but I’ll make it because I cannot stress this enough – the dogs come first. They are the most important characters and you’d better treat them with DIGNITY. I almost cancelled you, Game Of Thrones, when you had Robb’s Direwolf paraded around on a spike after the Red Wedding. So you are lucky you redeemed yourselves with Ghost’s arc.
