The first official movie stills from Baz Luhrmann‘s The Great Gatsby have been revealed, giving us the first look at stars Leonardo DiCaprio (Jay Gatsby), Carey Mulligan (Daisy Buchanan), Tobey Maguire (Nick Carraway) and our own Joel Edgerton (Tom Buchanan) as they’ll appear on screen.
The gorgeous looking cast, perfect period costuming and glittering Catherine Martin-designed set is making Lurhmann’s controversial decision to shoot the film in 3D seem increasingly seductive.
