First Look: Hugo Weaving As Captain America Villain Red Skull

Here’s your first look at dulcet-toned mask prone Aussie Hugo Weaving as nazi-affiliated Captain America villain Red Skull. They definitely got the red part right and that prosthetic mask can only be described as skull-like but we still feel like it bears a slight resemblance to Jim Carrey in The Mask. But you know, a red Nazi version without a nose.

Captain America: The First Avenger, helmed by Joe Johnston and headlined by Chris Evans, is slated for release July 22, 2011. Check out the teaser trailer below…
