Marvel Studios’ panel at San Diego Comic-Con was freakin’ massive to say the least. All in all, President of Marvel Studios Kevin Feige announced 11 projects in Hall H as part of Phase Four of the MCU – five movies, four live-action series, one animated series, and a mysterious reboot.

Feige also teased Black Panther 2, Captain Marvel 2, Guardians of the Galaxy 3, and Fantastic Four but that’s for another time. For now, here’s what you’ll be throwing your money at over the next two years.
The Eternals
After months of rumours, Marvel finally confirmed the cast of The Eternals.
The gist: some five million years ago, godlike entities known as The Celestials created the Eternals and their evil counterparts, the Deviants. As always, war follows.
Bodyguard star Richard Madden will play Ikaris, Kumail Nanjiani (The Big Sick) as Kingo, Lauren Ridloff as Makkari, Brian Tyree Henry (Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse) as Phastos, Salma Hayek (Frida) as Ajak, Lia McHugh as Sprite, Don Lee (Train to Busan) as Gilgamesh, and Angelina Jolie (take your pick) as Thena.
The Eternals, directed by Chloé Zhao, is slated for release November 6, 2020.

The series will hit screens in the US in 2020.
Per IGN, Feige says the series will follow “what’s going on with the Falcon and Winter Soldier post-Endgame.”

This is another original series destined for Disney+. Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany will reprise their roles as Wanda Maximoff / Scarlet Witch and Vision respectively. Joining them is Teyonah Parris (Dear White People) as an adult Monica Rambeau (her mother is Maria Rambeau of Captain Marvel, played by Lashana Lynch – the rumoured new 007 agent in Bond 25). Monica was introduced to the MCU as a child in Captain Marvel.
WandaVision will premiere in 2021.

Loki
Now here’s an interesting one considering what happened in both Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame. In short, Loki (Tom Hiddleston) died in the former and another version of Loki saved himself during the Avengers’ time heist in the latter when he stole the Tesseract and whisked himself to safety.
“This series will tell you what happened to Loki right after that,” Feige revealed, per IGN.
“You guys saw Avengers, right? He’s still that guy,” Hiddleston explained further. “The last thing that happened to him was he got Hulk smashed.”
So, the Thor: Ragnarok Loki is sadly still dead.
Loki will hit Disney+ in 2021.

The show, which stars Jeffrey Wright (Westworld) as the voice of The Watcher, will be about alternate realities in the Marvel Universe. Feige confirmed a slew of actors across the MCU will reprise their roles as voice talent too.

Thor: Love and Thunder
Thor: Ragnarok director Taika Waititi will return to helm the fourth film. It’ll see the return of OG character Natalie Portman as she follows the same path as her comic book counterpart and becomes the new Thor, Goddess of Thunder.
According to the 2014 comics, Thor is weakened and unworthy to wield the great hammer. In his place, a new mighty Thor arises. Her identity is kept a secret at first but she is later revealed to be Jane.
Portman surprised the crowd after she appeared onstage wielding the Mjolnir.

Blade
In a massive HELL YEAH, Marvel is also rebooting Blade. Mahershala Ali will star as the half-mortal, half-immortal vampire hunter on a mission to avenge his mother who was killed by a vampire.
Feige told The Hollywood Reporter that after Ali won an Oscar for Green Book, the actor just straight up called him and said he wanted to do a reboot. That’s it, that’s how it happened.
There’s yet to be a release date and at this point, it’s unclear if this will be a movie or series.
