Emma Watson and a heap of her Harry Potter co-stars sent out a message of support to their castmate Evanna Lynch in time for Lynch’s tango into the Dancing with the Stars finale earlier this week.

In an incredibly excited piece-to-camera, all arms flailing, Hermione ‘LevioSAHHH’ Granger, sat in her ‘jammies to encourage Luna Lovegood to dance her little heart out in the S27 final.

Let me just say this again: you are in the final. I am so proud of you. I don’t know where those dancing skills came from, but you are unbelievable. We are so proud of you, we love you, we are rooting for you. Kill it tonight, girl.

Unsurprisingly, Lynch could not stop grinning while watching the vid with host Tom Bergeron and her dancing partner Keo Motsepe. Look at how blown away she is by the well wishes of Watson! How good is friendship!

In the full video from the BBC, a whole heap of Harry Potter stars sent their best to Lynch.

Here’s Tom Felton/Draco Malfoy: “Despite all of our differences at Hogwarts, I want to wish you all the very best tonight!

And of course everyone’s oooooft-he’s-handsome-now fave, Matthew Lewis/Neville Longbottom: “I cannot believe that you are through to the final of Dancing with the Stars. I mean that is mind-blowing. Bring it home.

And J.K. Rowling herself: “Best of luck Evanna. Hope you win!

Plus lots of love from Bonnie Wright (Ginny Weasley), Katie Leung (Cho Chang) and James Phelps (George Weasley).

When asked by Entertainment Tonight about the massive outpouring of support from her HP friends, Lynch said:

Oh my god, it was so nice. I actually saw it before the show. It made me really be like, ‘They’ve got my back, they love me,’ and I really was walking into this and being like, ‘I’m going to let myself be fueled by love [and] that kind of friendship.’

Emma is someone I’ve looked up to as a kid and then I got to know her and I always would see how she handled things and be inspired and amazed by that. So, to have her send her love and support to team KeVanna is the best thing ever.

On the night, Evanna Lynch and Keo Motsepe did the tango to Rihanna‘s ‘Disturbia‘ and a freestyle routine to Björk‘s ‘It’s Oh So Quiet‘ to two perfect scores! But still only placed third in the competition. They lost to two people I have never heard of and refuse to google.
