Louis Tomlinson Is Pissed At HBO For Airing Horny One Direction Fan Fiction

Former One Direction crooner Louis Tomlinson has denied any involvement with HBO‘s new series Euphoria after the show imagined the singer hooking up with bandmate Harry Styles in an animated dream sequence.

A new episode of the teen drama features a fan fiction writer whose work plays on the so-called Larry Stylinson conspiracy theory – an imagined and unproven relationship between the pair cooked up by hardcore One Direction fans known as Larries.

The smutty segment shows the pair hooking up before a show on the band’s 2013 Take Me Home tour. The visuals were as smutty as they were fictitious, prompting fans to condemn the production for luxuriating in an unfounded rumour.

The furore prompted Tomlinson to speak out, telling one fan HBO never reached out to have the segment sanctioned.

“I can categorically sat that I was not contacted nor did I approve it,” he said on Twitter.

As fans have pointed out, the issue is far more than just a passing fad. In 2017, Tomlinson told The Sun that rampant speculation about his sexuality and his relationship with Styles “took away the vibe” with his actual partner, Eleanor Calder.

“When it first came around I was with Eleanor, and it actually felt a little bit disrespectful to Eleanor, who is my girlfriend now,” he said at the time.

“I’m so protective over things like that, about the people I love. So it created this atmosphere between the two of us where everyone was looking into everything we did.”

Styles is yet to publicly comment on the episode.
