Three of the most widely loved British stars Henry Cavill, Millie Bobby Brown and Helena Bonham Carter have been cast as a family of spies in the upcoming Sherlock Holmes spinoff, Enola Holmes, The Hollywood Reporter reveals.

Based on the Nancy Springer book series The Enola Holmes Mysteries, the film follows Sherlock and Mycroft Holmes’ much younger sister, Enola.
The Stranger Things actress will portray the super sleuth heroine while Cavill will play her big brother Sherlock.
Meanwhile Bonham Carter is set to play Enola’s mama.

Cavill took to Instagram to confirm the news, writing:
“Very excited to play a character as fantastic as Sherlock Holmes and very very fortunate to be working with Millie Bobby Brown!”
Adding, “Millie, I will see you back in London soon sis!”
Killing Eve’s Harry Bradbeer will direct with His Dark Materials writer Jack Thorne adapting the script which involves a missing teen whose father has been murdered.
The book series began back in 2006 with The Case of the Missing Marquess and covered six novels, which revolve around mysteries investigated by Enola.
Cavill’s last on-screen role was in Mission: Impossible – Fallout and he recently wrapped shooting The Witcher, a monster fantasy series for Netflix.
Speaking of Netflix, the next season of Stranger Things is set to drop on the international streaming service on July 4.
