Emma Watson Says She’s “Fascinated By Kink Culture” In Controversial Teen Vogue Interview

It’s my belief that all we need to get us through this trying time is spicy content, so here’s something that’ll definitely pique everyone’s curiosity.

Harry Potter star Emma Watson has revealed that she’s become “slightly fascinated by kink culture” because “they are the best communicators.”

The actress did an extensive interview with Teen Vogue and author Valerie Hudson where they spoke about feminism, marriage and #MeToo.

“A lot of the healthiest relationships I’ve seen have been between same-sex couples because, I think, they have to sit down and agree [on] things,” Emma said.

“They agree [on] things between them as opposed to [accepting] certain sets of assumptions and expectations that are made. I’ve also kind of become slightly fascinated by kink culture because they are the best communicators ever.”

They know all about consent. They [smash] that stuff because they really have to get it — but we could all use those models; they’re actually really helpful models.”

She later took a swipe at Teen Vogue over how she was depicted following the chat.

Sharing a screenshot of the article, she wrote: “Titles like this got me like.”

“Note: Over the years people have asked me if I’m not comfortable with a picture or title of a feature with me in it why don’t I have it taken out or changed before it’s published. I think the assumption is that I get to see articles I’ve participated in before they go to print or online…”

Adding, “The reality is it’s very unusual for me to see things before they are run or for me to get a say from publications on how pictures of me or my speech is edited. Usually you see things for the first time before I do.”

She concludes, “When I’ve been extremely uncomfortable in the past (much more extreme examples than the one above) and I’ve expressed concern and grievance I’m told this is the way of things… (I do use my voice).”
