Some dads get real weird about talking about their children’s love-lives, which is fair enough. Like, that’s your dad. It’s fair if he doesn’t wanna be thinking about that kind of stuff!
Take, for example, Drake’s dad. He doesn’t wanna think about it so much that he’s just outright denying it.
Despite the fact that Drake and Rihanna‘s aggressively sexually-charged, on-again off-again status has been documented for many years now, and Drake openly said at the MTV VMAs that Rihanna was someone he’d “been in love with since he was 22” – Drake’s dad ain’t fuckin’ buying it.
When a TMZ camerman asked Dennis Graham was quick to deny that his son was dating Rihanna:
“They’re friends, they’ve been friends for years.”
The cameraman asked if they’d settle down together: “I don’t know about settling down. No, they’re friends.”
Pressed even further, TMZ asks if Dennis is happy to see them together: “There’s no relationship, they’re friends!” he insists.

However, at the same time, US Weekly is reporting that a source close to Drake has confirmed that the pair are now officially together:
“They’re together and he loves her.”
SO CONVOLUTED. WE JUST WANT #AUBRIH TO BE HAPPY.
