Deadset legend and undisputed burlesque queen of the world Dita Von Teese will be gracing us with her extremely glam presence with a massive Australian tour in 2018.
Following her last sold-out visit in 2016, Dita will be hitting us up in February and March with her brand spankin’ new show The Art of the Teese.
The burlesque icon will be debuting some flash new acts that Aussie fans have never seen Down Under, including “Lazy”, which sees the star decked out in fancy-as costumes designed by UK genius Jenny Packham and has only ever been performed previously at the Crazy Horse in Paris. So we fancy, huh.
She’s also gifting us with a ballet-themed act called “Swan Lake Stripteese”, as well as performing her classic “Martini Glass” routine with a fresh new gigantic champagne glass. One that is decked out in over 150,000 Swarovski crystals, no less.
Along for the ride will be other burlesque talents including Dirty Martini, Ginger Valentine, “boylesque” star Jett Adore and Aussie Zelia Rose.
Tickets for all dates are on sale Wednesday November 8 at 10am (local time) – and it’s worth noting that all shows are strictly 18+.
