With the 2014 Super Bowl XLVIII just around the corner, details are beginning to emerge about another annual event that ties in with NFL Christmas, and that is Puppy Bowl X. While many believe the teams likely to play Super Bowl will ultimately be the Seattle Seahawks and the Denver Broncos, with 13-5 odds and 11-4 odds, respectively, the Puppy Bowl is not quite so clear cut. What with puppies being notoriously unpredictable, it’s set to be a veritable roller coaster of a game and so we look to the puppies to see who from the starting lineup (IN SLIDESHOW FORM) looks to be in good form for the big game.
Not only is it for a bloody great cause, namely Operation “Get Puppies Adopted‘, this year Animal Planet will facilitate a Fantasy Puppy League, online MVP voting and throughout the game there will be penguin cheerleaders [squee’ing intensifies]
