Denver News Station Accidentally Broadcasts Giant Pen15

A news helicopter went down in flames in Seattle overnight, killing both the pilot and a photographer on board and setting a further three cars on fire in the popular downtown area near the famous Space Needle.

In a very serious broadcast relaying the tragic news, Fox 31 Denver accidentally broadcast a photo of a GIANT PEEN while scrolling live through a #nofilter feed of Twitter pictures taken from the crash. That feed also included a picture of Edward Scissorhands and – what is that? –  a mango pancake filled with tinned spaghetti and garnished with ketchup.
That reaction to The D again, a shockwave of unwitting penis exposure rippling through the very fabric of the universe, in GIF form:
The TV station has issued the following apology:
The photo was mistakenly broadcast by our control room. It did not come from the tablet many viewers saw being used by one of our anchors.

We apologise for the inadvertent broadcast of the image and we are taking immediate steps to prevent such an accident from happening again.

Which is a shame, really, because who doesn’t love a rogue phallus on breakfast television? Previously in Accidental Peen on Breakfast TV, 8===D this.
