The 26-year-old was spotted getting sushi with clothing designer Henry Levy at Matsuhisa restaurant in Los Angeles on Saturday night.

“She just got back to L.A. a couple days ago,” a source says of the singer. “She seems to be doing well so far.”

The pair were said to be “smiling and laughing throughout the meal.”

Following their dinner date, they both left the venue in Levy’s car.

According to TMZ, Lovato was also spotted at a spa in Beverly Hills over the weekend.

The news comes just after the singer’s mother, Dianna De La Garza gushed about her recovery success during her appearance on Maria Menunos’ Sirius XM show.

“She has 90 days,” De La Garza said on the radio show. “I couldn’t be more thankful or more proud of her because addiction being a disease, it’s work. It’s very hard. It’s not easy, and there are no shortcuts.”

Last month the star’s younger sis Madison De La Garza said Lovato is “doing really well”.

“She’s working really hard on her sobriety, and we’re all so incredibly proud of her,” she said in an interview with the podcast Millennial Hollywood, adding: “It’s been crazy for our family. It’s been a lot.”
