Dancing With The Stars have revealed their new contestants for the 2011 season of the show.
Alongside former First Wife of Cricket, Lara Bingle, the cast will include Idol winner Damien Leith, news presenter Samantha Armytage and most interestingly, world-champion surfer (and dead-ringer for Fabio) Mark Occhilupo. There’s also a whole lot of professional dancers who you don’t know but should, and will probably want to sleep with by the end of the series. Hopefully with the Bingle on board there will be plenty of drama, though nothing will ever match Fiona O’Loughlin’s drunken stack a few days out of the first show in 2009.
Other contestants’ dubious credentials include Brynne Edelsten (‘social superstar’) and Haley Bracken (cricketer’s WAG), whose husband Nathan Bracken is also competing.
We hear marriage bust-ups are seriously good for ratings.
