‘Love Island’ Star Grant Crapp Really Wants To Work Things Out With Tayla

And the drama continues – Grant Crapp from Love Island has taken to Instagram to explain more of his side of the story after his very public split from former reality TV love, Tayla Damir.

If you’re reading this I’m sure you know the stitch.

So earlier today Crapp told Kyle & Jackie O:

“In every relationship you do have arguments, and we weren’t perfect, and we had a little argument that just blew out and it got to this situation unfortunately … It’s just broken my heart.”

Curiously, Crapp said he’d been trying to get in touch with Damir – a lie she called out by actually phoning into the show:

“Even since this breakup happened, there’s still lies … Saying he’s trying to get in contact with me, I’m trying to contact him, it’s the other way around. He’s ignoring my messages. It’s just really sad that he has to continue to hurt me. I’d say I’m the heartbroken one, considering it’s me who’s been through the ringer. I’ve given him 10 days since we’ve been back to try and repair it, and it hasn’t been repaired, so I don’t know what else I can do.”

Rough.

A few moments ago Crapp posted an Instagram message explaining and sort of apologising for the drama surrounding his partner before Love Island. He also says he wants to fight for Tayla’s love.

“I wanted to reach out to you guys via video because all youse deserve a message through the phone instead of a post.

“What happened with me and Tayla is all true. Unfortunately Tayla isn’t my girlfriend at the moment, we split that off.

“The situation with my girlfriend before ‘Love Island’, that’s true. I lied about that to Tayla and I totally regret that situation. It’s something I’m not proud of, Tayla doesn’t deserve that at all and I 100 per cent regret it.

“Going into ‘Love Island’, that girl I’ve seen before totally knew so I did break up with her before ‘Love Island’, that was finished. I’ve come into ‘Love Island’ and fell in love with Tayla, she swept me off my feet. She’s a beautiful, beautiful girl.

“Right now, I am heartbroken. I want to fight for her [and] I know she’d be watching this so Tayla, if we can try and work through this I would really, really like that.”

Crapp then thanks all the Grayla fans for their comments, messages, and likes of support.

Continuing he says:

“Tayla, balls in your court if you want to give me another chance, I’d love that. If I can do anything to give myself another opportunity I would really, really appreciate that. If any of the Grayla fans could help me out with that, that’d be good.”
