Let’s not beat around the bush (lesbian pun!): Courtney Love and Kate Moss had a lesbian fling in the Nineties. Several times in the past, Courtney Love has alluded to a lezzer affair that she had back in her hey day, but this shit just got real because she’s gone on the record outing Kate Moss as the mystery gay from the tale.
Here’s what she told Ireland’s Hot Press: “It was Kate Moss. She doesn’t care. It’s a great story for the grandchildren, so yeah. Kate wasn’t doing a lot of drugs. It was just a thing that happened in Milan in the 90s. It happened and it was fun and whatever.” What do you love more: Looseness in the Nineties or Courtney Love’s ridic candor? Courts also said: “And she talks about it and so I hope she doesn’t get mad that I outed her about it. I feel like such a kiss and tell. Kate’s great, though! Kate’s a good friend of mine. I almost bought her house in St John’s Wood, London.”
In the interview Love also spoke about her affair with Gavin Rossdale (while he was dating his now-wife Gwen Stefani) and stuff about her relationship with Edward Norton as well.
You just can’t help but love her: nothing is out of bounds with this chick. Sure she’s offensive and clearly not sane, her daughter’s disowned her, her exes hate her, but bless her for that hardcore outspoken public honestly which is pretty rare in the “all-questions-must-go-through-my-publicist” celebrity world.
