Chris Hemsworth May Be Selling His $30M Byron Bay Mansion, So I Need To Win The Lottery ASAP

Chris Hemsworth and wife Elsa Pataky may be selling their $3o million Byron Bay mansion, which means that if you’re wealthy enough you can live in your very own earthside Azgard.

According to the Courier Mail, there are rumours the couple are looking to sell their massive northern NSW property and move somewhere else around the area.

Th Courier Mail reported that the couple inspected an older-style five bedroom house near Lennox Head, which ended up selling to a Sydney couple instead (who wanted to use it as a holiday home).

The property known as the Condon Estate was also inspected by a number of other Byron Bay celebrities – as well as several loaded couples from Melbourne and Sydney.

Agent, Nick Bordin, couldn’t tell the Courier Mail what Sydney buyer ended up scoring the property, but said the place attracted a lot of buyers.

So why would great hunk-o-spunk like Hemsworth wanna move? Well it may be because every man and his dog have suddenly decided to move to Byron Bay.

In an interview with Men’s Health, the magazine notes the actor’s wariness of visitors flocking to Byron.

“Of course, there are worse places to be locked down than Byron Bay. And like a good local, Hemsworth was wary of the influx of visitors escaping Sydney last year. At the same time, he can understand the appeal as well as the environmental payoffs of decentralisation,” the mag read.

In another interview with  The Australian Financial Review Hemsworth said he could totally understand why people were flocking to Byron Bay.

“The weather is fantastic, and we’re very hidden away. I always knew I loved it here, of course, but this year has really solidified that for me,” he said.

Gotta love Chris Hemsworth, but personally I wouldn’t live in Byron knowing I could bump into an influencer from Byron Baes.
