Oh Look, The Original ‘Sabrina’ Cast Is Here To Hype Up The Netflix Reboot

The original cast of Sabrina The Teenage Witch has gathered to express their support for The Chilling Adventures Of Sabrina, Netflix’s fresh take on the supernatural Riverdale-adjacent tale.

And boy, don’t they just look stoked to be there.

Melissa Joan Hart, who owned the title role in the 90s sitcom, was joined by former castmate Nate Richert, a bubbly Caroline Rhea, and Beth Broderick for a short little clip on the eve of the show’s premiere.

(The cat who played Salem was not present for the shoot.)

Each sent positive vibes to their respective successors Kiernan Shipka, Ross Lynch, Lucy Davis, and Australia‘s own Miranda Otto.

That said, there’s just a little something in each of their eyes which suggests that damn, they wish they could return to Greendale to work their magic.

It’s just the latest example of the cast of a uber-popular 90s supernatural TV show appearing to express their support for its inevitable reboot.

Original Buffy stars Sarah Michelle-Gellar and David Boreanaz recently voiced their support for that show’s reboot, imploring fans to give it a chance.

Not everyone is stoked by the new wave of reboots, mind you. Original Charmed star Holly Marie Combs basically started a Twitter war after voicing her disappointment at the fact the Charmed reboot didn’t seek their involvement.

Y’all can make your own minds up about Chilling Adventures, which will pop onto your devices real goddamn soon.
