Don’t freak out but we’re copping a Cheaper By The Dozen reboot on Disney+ and I’m not crying, YOU’RE CRYING!!!

The rumours have been teased on @deuxmoi for weeks now, but now it has been officially confirmed that a reimagined version of the hit 2003 film will be coming to the streaming service in 2022.

The reboot has been rebooted by Black-ish producer Kenya Barris, so you just *know* it will be good.

Zach Braff of Scrubs fame will star as the dad, with Bring It On icon Gabrielle Union playing the motherly role as the family of 12 navigate life and their family business.

The film is set to be directed by Gail Lerner, with Shawn Levy and Union herself serving as executive producers.

There’s no word yet on a full cast, so it’s unclear if any of the OG stars like Alyson Stoner, Steve Martin or Hilary Duff will make cameos in the reboot.

The news comes just after Disney announced that the streaming service will cop the original film, as well as a plethora of classics like the Disney Channel Games and American Dragon in 2021.

I simply cannot stress this enough: HUGE!!!!!!!

There’s no word on an official release date to mark on the calendar just yet, but we can expect to watch the reboot sometime in 2022.

In the mean time, you can watch the OG film and so much more on Disney+.
