On a list of all the things Charlie Sheen needed to quit, Twitter probably wouldn’t have ranked very highly. But never one for logic – and presumably list-making – Sheen has quit the medium responsible for giving him his second wind and issued a final tweet reading: “reach for the stars everyone. dogspeed cadre. c out.”
Sheen joined the Twit just over a year ago after his life spiralled out of control following his being fired from unfathomably popular series, Two and a Half Men. Having amassed nearly 8 million followers in the interim, Sheen told TMZ, “Thank you all for your amazing support. Trust me when I say please ‘follow’ me to my next endeavor. It’s gonna be epic.” We’ll miss you, #Winning/sobriety.
