New York rapper and Love & Hip Hop star Cardi B is a bona fide thief. She stole the show on L&HNYC (“Forevah“), she stole the #1 chart spot from Taylor Swift with her breakout single ‘Bodak Yellow‘, and she stole our damn hearts with her surprise engagement last week to Migos rapper Offset.
The proposal happened on stage in front of a sold-out crowd, and Cardi’s reaction is basically the best possible way to repond to getting popped the question in just that manner – look:

Now, thanks to TMZ, we’ve got some deets on the ring used to tie the irrepressible personality down – and it is not a trifling trinket.
Offset reportedly dropped $713,000 (US$550,000) on the massive hunk of diamond that Cardi’s been flashing about on her ring finger.
The ring was custom made by NYC‘s Pristine Jewelers, and apparently took a month and a half to pull together. The main rock is an 8-carat teardrop-shaped diamond, surrounded by two half-carat pear diamonds and 2 carats worth of pink & white sparkles. Basically:
Everything’s on the up for the girl from the Bronx, and we are here for every second of it – including, it’s rumoured, a possible TV wedding special for when the two hip hop stars eventually get hitched.
