Camila Cabello Reckons That Fifth Harmony VMAs Diss Was Petty AF

Camila Cabello dropped a new album today which means she’s dropping juicy comments in interviews in order to get publicity and OH SHIT DAMN IT’S WORKING.

In an interview with the New York Times, now ex-Fifth Harmony member Camila, finally talked about the 2017 VMAs performance, one of the first by the US girl group after she bailed.

ICYMI the performance was dripping in DRAMA as the four remaining members began the performance with a rando fifth person on stage before she was swiftly “pulled off stage” in a super obvious diss towards Camila.

It was extremely petty and in poor form imho. Like, did One Direction do some big flashy gesture when Zayn left? No. ‘Cause they’re gentlemen who rose above it.

Anyway Camila was understandably devs about it all saying:

It definitely hurt my feelings. I wasn’t expecting it, I wasn’t prepared for it — especially because at that point I’d moved on from it. I was just like, ‘What? Why?’

BUT she soldiered on like a champ, despite the high-key pettiness of it all:

I have to make space for the good stuff to happen in my life,” she said. “I don’t like holding onto the past, especially when it’s stuff that, in my opinion, is just petty.

YOU GO CAMILA CABELLO. Get that solo album money girl, you deserve it.
