Confirmed actress Cameron Diaz and alleged musician Benji Madden have announced that they are to be wed this very day, according to paper of record The Sydney Morning Herald.
The couple have been engaged since late December, and clearly neither one likes to waste time, as it was announced that they’d be getting hitched at Diaz’s house on Monday evening, Los Angeles time.
For those not across the time difference, that’s right the hell now. Hate to break it to you, but if your invitation hasn’t arrived yet, you’re probably not coming.
We’re sure it’s nothing personal, and Cameron Diaz doesn’t hold a grudge against you, even though you know damn well what you did.
“There is a lot of security and they are trying to keep the wedding hush-hush by telling neighbours that Cameron is having a pre-Golden Globes party tonight,” said a source.
Another source said that Cameron is “happier than ever”, and a third source, apparently separate from the other two sources, said that Benji “tends to fall in love easily, but this time it’s for real.”
A fourth source has bravely revealed that everyone is “so happy for them,” possibly breaking some kind of strict news embargo as to the ongoing happiness situation of Diaz and Madden’s closest friends.
For realsies, though, Cameron Diaz is the best and we wish her and her new tattooed husband well.
