Britney Spears‘ boyfriend Sam Asghari was spotted shopping for rings at Cartier and I hope to god, this means a proposal is on the way.
The 27-year-old looked at several pieces in the store and even asked the assisting employee to bring out a diamond ring for a closer look, according to Page Six. We can’t show you the pics, but you can check them out here.
Now, we all know celebrities are known for planned paparazzi shoots – so this could very well be one of those. But in recent times, Asghari has shown us that he’s a loving boyfriend to Spears and even called out Jamie Spears in a loaded Instagram post.
“Now it’s important for people to understand that I have zero respect for someone trying to control our relationship and constantly throwing obstacles in our way,” he wrote. “In my opinion, Jamie is a total dick.”
“I won’t be going into details because I’ve always respected our privacy but at the same time, I didn’t come to this country to not be able to express my opinion and freedom.”
Britney Spears has also expressed how she wants to be able to have kids with Asghari and just live a normal life with him post-conservatorship.
“I wanna be able to get married and have a baby,” she said during her testimony in June.
Under the conservatorship, Spears has been unable to make decisions about her own body, like being forced to take medication and have an IUD in her body (a form of birth control).
Thankfully, that will all be over soon as Jamie Spears has agreed to step down as Britney Spears’ conservator and the next step is to have the conservatorship removed altogether.
