Behold: yet another chapter in the long and ignoble history of Australia‘s edition of The Voice being filled with tired celebrity has-beens desperately seeking one shot of Antipodean showbiz exposure into their withered fame-veins.
Okay, maybe a bit harsh. But still, news: Culture Club alumni and chameleon crooner Boy George will be sitting in the spinning red chair for next season of The Voice, which was announced on Today this morning:

He’s probably a decent choice, and would surely leave a greater positive footprint than the Good Charlotte lads. Are those guys citizens now? What’s the deal?
