We imagine Billie Eilish, ginormous fan of The Office, cried (black) tears when she met Rainn Wilson AKA Dwight Schrute. The man himself described her as “one of the most intense OFFICE fans of all time” so there’s that.

How dedicated is Eilish, you ask? Well, she reached out to the crew to sample part of the episode Threat Level Midnight on her tune ‘my strange addiction’.
“They had to get approval of all the cast that was on it,” BJ Novak (Ryan Howard) said at the time. “I was like ‘Wow, bonus: This is a banger.’”
During her 2017 tour, The Office theme song played between sets.
In a feature with Elle, Eilish said she’s watched every episode of every season, 11 times.
“When I wake up, I put on The Office. If I’m making a burrito, I turn on The Office,” she said. It’s her “therapy”.
For her absolute love of the show, Wilson awarded Eilish a precious yoghurt lid medal. She may not have competed in the Office Olympics but she did just perform at Coachella.

Back in 2018, Eilish ran into Angela Kinsey AKA Angela Martin, later Schrute at San Francisco airport.
Kinsey admitted she didn’t actually know who Eilish was at the time because she’s a “dinosaur”.
“We met at the San Francisco airport awhile back and I’m a dinosaur so I had no idea how talented you are!! I have loved catching up with you on Instagram.
