Bill Hader’s Killing It, Will Actually Murder People In New HBO Comedy

We absolutely bloody adore Bill Hader here at PEDESTRIAN.TV, and so any excuse to write about him is clearly a good one.

With seriously one of the funniest men on the planet’s career skyrocketing at the moment, thanks to finally graduating up into leading role status in 2015, the next step for Hader is a comedy series on HBO that he will create, direct, and star in as well. A true triple threat.
The series – entitled Barry – puts Hader into the shoes of an “ex-Marine who now works as a low-rent hitman in the Midwest.” After said hitman moves to Los Angeles to pursue a target, he “ends up finding an accepting community in a group of eager hopefuls within the L.A. theatre scene.”
A stiff Hader playing a dude who kills people suddenly faced with being in a small-time theatre troupe? All in. ALL. FKN. IN.

No word yet on when Barry will hit the air, but expect pants to be shat when it does.
