Bill Fucking Murray Is Playing A Dog In Wes Anderson’s Next Film

We KNOW that Wes Anderson froths on all-round-legend Bill Murray, least of all because he’s only human.
Muzza has popped up in almost every one of Wes’ movies since Rushmore’, including ‘The Grand Budapest Hotel’ and Moonrise Kingdom’, and their latest collaboration sees the great man himself play a drooling, tail-wagging, fur-bally DOG.
All we really know about the forthcoming film is that it’s a Japanese-inspired stop-motion about dogs, and will also feature the voices of Ed Norton, Jeff Goldblum and the inimitable Bryan Cranston.
Murray made the glorious announcement at the Marrakech International Film Festival:

“He’s doing another, like a stop motion animated kind of comedy sort of like ‘Fantastic Mr. Fox,’ “ he said. “And it’s a Japanese story and I’m playing a dog. I’m very excited.”
Plot details and production timeline are still TBC but our tails are already wagging in anticipation.
