You know those people who are so uber-successful they make you feel like you spend far too much time bingeing true crime shows when you could be making something of yourself? 25 year old Ben Polson is one of those guys.
You might recognise him if you got caught up in the major Australian Ninja Warrior hype – he appeared on the first season – but what you might not know is, as well as being constantly in training to up his ninja skills, he’s also a successful music producer under the name of Lakuno. Oh, and just to make him a TRUE overachiever, he works as a gardener just casually during the day.
We partnered up with the Australian Institute of Fitness (where Ben studies) to grill him on how he makes his busy life work.
