Sure it’s finals week on The Bachelor 2019 but the rumours… they never end, and this week a publication has suggested that Matt Agnew is going to pull a Blake Garvey.

If you’re a big ??? over that name, Blake is the bloke from season 2 of The Bachelor who done did fucked up when he chose Sam Frost at the end of his season… only to dump her for the runner-up Louise Pillidge five weeks later.

Anywho, this is all coming from New Idea and its sources so grab your grain of salts and we’ll continue. In short, it claims Matt picks Chelsie and then apparently dumps her for Abbie. Helena isn’t even mentioned in the yarn so that’s that.
New Idea says Chelsie is refusing to do any upcoming press.
“Chelsie has been really down since the show wrapped and now she has said she isn’t going to do any interviews,” the source said. “She doesn’t want anything to do with the franchise anymore, despite being under contractual obligations for months to come.”
Oh but wait, there’s more.
The source went on to claim that Abbie flew to Melbourne after filming wrapped for a “secret visit.” And she’s apparently told her mates that she “has a man, but she keeps saying that while she wishes she could tell them more she just can’t.
“Now everyone is wondering if the secret man is Matt.”
To be honest it could be anyone…
Another source added that since filming wrapped, it’s been nothing but bad vibes between Matt and Chelsie.
“Since the finale, everyone has heard there’s been problem after problem – they were just not seeing eye-to-eye on anything and didn’t have any chemistry,” the on-set insider blabbed. “Once the cameras stopped rolling, the sparkle just wore off.”
The rumour first started last month when Matt was quizzed on the Kyle and Jackie O Show about pulling a Blake Garvey.
“No… what’s the… I have heard whispers of this? he replied. “Do you have any more details of this?”
The show’s executive producer Sonja explained, “It’s because you said on Have You Been Paying Attention, ‘I picked a girl from the show’. You didn’t specify it’s the one from the end that you pick.”
Yep.
Matt said he just likes to be “suitably vague.”
“I like to keep the audience guessing, it would be boring if it was too easy wouldn’t it?”
