Aziz Ansari’s New Netflix Show Arrives In November, Sounds Schweet

Well, the 2015 TV landscape just got considerably brighter – Aziz Ansari‘s brand new sitcom, Master Of None, is making its debut on Netflix this November, and per reports that have surfaced this week, some intriguing names are now attached.
Per the plot description, Master Of None follows:
” … the personal and professional life of Dev (Ansari), who has trouble deciding what he wants to eat, much less the pathway for the rest of his life. Dev’s story takes him through subjects as diverse as the plight of the elderly, the immigrant experience, and dating.”
Earlier today, EW reported that your girl Claire Danes will appear in an episode, presumably as a love interest for Ansari’s character. During a recent press event, Ansari said he felt it was an “interesting choice” to have the Homeland star do comedy.
Also guest starring on the series are H. Jon Benjamin (Archer, Bob’s Burgers), Noah Emmerich (The Americans), Colin Salmon (Arrow) and comedian Todd Barry.
Parks And Recreation alumni Alan Yang, Mike Schur and David Miner are all involved behind the scenes, along with frequent Ansari-collaborator Dave Becky
The show arrives on Friday November 6, but there’s no word on whether Netflix will release it all in one hit, or parcel it out weekly, as they did with original series Between earlier this year.
