As people all over the world prepare for weeks of self-isolation and social distancing to help slow the spread of coronavirus, Bravo fans are begging Andy Cohen to finally release the new season of The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills as a quarantine treat.

Season 9 saw the departure of the indomitable Lisa Vanderpump, making Kyle Richards the longest-serving Beverly Hills cast member. She’ll return for Season 10, along with Lisa RinnaDenise RichardsTeddi MellencampDorit Kemsley and Erika Girardi.

Andy Cohen has also announced two new cast members, Garcelle Beauvais and Sutton Stracke. A recent leak indicated that new episodes would be arriving on April 15, but there’s no official word as yet, and Bravo fans are starting to get very antsy indeed.

Now that viewers are facing the prospect of several weeks under lockdown and planning their coronavirus binge watch, many have taken to Cohen’s social media to plead with him to release new episodes of the Beverly Hills and Potomac franchises already.

We urgently need our trash TV in these difficult times.

The producer and host recently Tweeted that his show Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen will suspend production as of Friday. Fans were quick to respond, asking him for new content to fill the hole.

“Would you consider releasing RHOBH and RHOP early?” asked one. “Release the new housewives seasons, we need new content!” said another. “What are we supposed to watch in quarantine ANDY?!?!” one fan asked pointedly.

“Please, for your fellow countrymen/women … do your patriotic duty!” one pleaded. You really can’t argue with that.

The Real Housewives Of New York City Season 12 is set to premiere on April 2, so at least we’ll have that to look forward to. This season will feature Luann de Lesseps, Ramona Singer, Sonja Morgan, Dorinda Medley and Tinsley Mortimer, as well as newcomer Leah McSweeney.

Meanwhile, former New York housewife Bethenny Frankel has stepped up in response to coronavirus. Frankel previously donated her time and funds to Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria as well, as to Australian bushfire fighting and recovery efforts.

This week, she and her company have teamed up with the Global Empowerment Mission to provide hydration and sanitation kits for those who can’t afford them. They’ll also provide vouchers to struggling families whose children are missing out on school lunches.

Andy Cohen has not yet given any indication as to when Bravo plans to release new Beverly Hills or Potomac episodes, or even trailers, but we’ll keep a lookout for more info. The US Housewives shows stream locally on Hayu.
