HELLO 2009! We’re back babey – at least, we are potentially back. If the rumours are true, our favourite ever couple of the late oo’s are back to sticking their tongues down each others throats and saying “your fringe is so good beb, no YOUR fringe is so good beb”.
Yep, Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner is reportedly BACK with ex Alexa Chung. The two dated from 2007 to 2011, and it was a pure time in history let me tell you. Alexa was the queen of indie princesses, Alex was lord of indie MUSIC… match made in heaven.
While the pair ended amicably back in the day, there were amazing rumours that went ’round a months back that Alexa made a DJ turn off an Arctic Monkeys track at a Paris Fashion Week event. At the time it just seemed like a lol “can I not have to listen to my fucking exes voice” moment, but NOW it seems (if true) that it was a precursor to the pair reuniting.
According to Metro, the potential lovebirds were spotted at a pub on Sunday night watching Guy Fawkes celebrations. They were apparently “all over each other” according to an eyewitness, and seemed very much “back together”.
Nothing’s been officially announced and there’s no sneaky pics, but good LORD can this be true? This, plus Justin and Selena seemingly being back on, makes us believe in love/want to text all our exes. Actually that last part isn’t the best idea is it…
