Bachie Oracle Abbie Chatfield Served Some Top Secret Intel About The New Season Of Bachelorette

Contributor: PEDESTRIAN.TV

Folks are keen as mustard for the upcoming season of The Bachelorette, probably more so than any other Bachelorette season in the past, and the reasons for this are threefold:

  1. Because Brooke Blurton is a fkn QUEEN and we’ll happily watch anything she does.
  2. Because the current season of The Bachelor isn’t going quite as well as we’d hoped.
  3. Because there’s a completely fresh Bachelorette format, featuring both male and female contestants, which will be fun to watch!

Bachie franchise alum, Abbie Chatfield, has spilled some tea about what to expect from the upcoming season of The Bachelorette while speaking to Hit Hobart’s Jimmy and Nath.

Despite the rumours that contestants have been hooking up on-set, Abbie says that she has it on good authority that the guys and the gals have been separated in the house to stop that from happening.

“I heard they have two mansions,” Abbie Chatfield said, adding: “I don’t know. I wanted [there] to be some crossover, you know? More than one love story.”

One of the radio hosts said he was hoping the contestants would be living together and “hooking up” behind-the-scenes.

“I hope so as well,” Abbie responded. “I hope there’s some drama.”

Meanwhile old mate Osher Günsberg gave a cryptic response on the subject during a recent interview with The Kyle and Jackie O Show.

“That is an interesting thing that we, uh, may or may not address when the show goes to air,” he said.

When PEDESTRIAN.TV interviewed Brooke Blurton herself after she’d been announced as the new Bachelorette, we asked her how she’d feel if contestants got together in the house, and here’s what she had to say:

I’ve said this [in earlier interviews] and look, who knows if this could happen and if it does happen it will be what it will be and I can’t change that. I’ve said – you know, whether I’m disappointed I didn’t feel that connection with that person, I can’t not be happy that they get to come out of that [experience] with something. Even if it’s not with me, like I’m not going to be too disheartened as a pretty reasonable person, and people know that.

So there ya go.

The Bachelor continues tonight on Ten at 7:30pm, and The Bachelorette is coming soon.
