For all of you fanging for another R18+ superhero flick, ‘Deadpool‘ has been confirmed for a second helping.
‘Deadpool 2’ is already in the works, as confirmed by Fox co-chairman Stacey Snider at CinemaCon yesterday.
And if you are scared of the people/team/brains behind the flick changing (we know, ‘Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice‘ has scarred us too) then you’ll be bloody stoked to know that the entire creative team from the first movie is returning, including OG script writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick.
Ryan Reynolds will obviously be putting on the suit once again, and director Tim Miller will be back too.
The news of a sequel is completely unsurprising – Deadpool absolutely smashed through the box office, grossing $757.3 million globally. It’s the highest-grossing R18+ film worldwide.
