Fella Swim is a Sydney based, women and kids luxury swim brand.  They are on the hunt for a digitally savvy and experienced full-time eCommerce and Online Coordinator (SYD) who has a great positive can-do attitude and someone they can nurture and take along the journey with us in this fast-paced environment at their office in Double Bay.
In this role you will lead the day-to-day operation of the website ensuring site content is always accurate and up to date, merchandise the site to reflect brand aesthetic, monitor domestic & international orders ensuring timely production and delivery schedule and daily updates to products to ensure they are correctly displayed online (In-Stock, Made to Order, Sold Out).

Fella Swim are also hiring a full-time Customer Service + PR (SYD) to play a pivotal role within the business by supporting both internal and external clients, face to face and on the phone. In this role, you will coordinate, resolve and communicate customer service emails and requests (telephone and electronically), answer LiveChat during working hours and handle and resolve customer complaints. JMC Academy are on the hunt for a full-time Social Media Executive (SYD) to join their team. As a super go-getter, you will have worked in a dynamic environment multi-tasking across various social platforms especially across Instagram and Facebook both from an organic and paid pov. Your proven creative flair and eye for beautiful imagery will also have seen you generate content for blogs for various social campaigns preferably for vibrant youth orientated markets.
