Nestled between Huxtaburger’s signature buns will sit a lemongrass, ginger and chilli pork patty with pickled carrot, nouc mam, tossed green papaya, coriander and Vietnamese mint. Whack on a generous layer of pâté, spicy mayo and crispy shallots and you’ve got a downright taste sensation.
I’m not drooling, you are.
The epic $12.50 creation has been dubbed the Hannah, and will be available from both establishments from tomorrow (Wednesday, 23rd of October) for a limited time only.
