HOLY SHIT: Smiths Confirmed Tasty Toobs Are Finally Returning ’Cause Every Snack Hole’s A Goal

Tasty Toobs

NOBODY PANIC, BUT TASTY TOOBS MAY BE COMING BACK AND I AM SO EXCITED I MAY BUST A THEORETICAL NUT.

Yes, the evil twin of popular chip Cheezels is coming back to regain its place as Australia’s favourite snack hole. While I do love a good Cheezel, there’s no denying that Tasty Toobs are the superior snacc, and so it’s about fkn time that Smiths brought these delightful little holes back from the dead.

Now, the comeback is not 100% locked in (Eddie) but Smiths hinted Toobs may be returning to shelves when asked by News.com.au.

“We love the love for Toobs – nothing beats the real thing,” a spokesperson told news.com.au.

“You never know what might be around the corner.”

Tasty Toobs

This comes after a Tasty Toobs competitor, called Barbecue Tubes, started to gain popularity. The alternative snack is available at The Reject Shop and snackfluencer Leigh Campbell reckons is as close to the real deal as you can get.

The man behind the dupe, Michael Busch, told News.com.au that he was aware of the comparison and was happy that Barbecue Toobs were getting the recognition it deserved.

“We are aware our Barbecue Tubes have been compared to Tasty Toobs and are thrilled that consumers are enjoying them,” Busch said.

“We have actually been selling the Barbecue Tubes for over 10 years but the comparison with Tasty Toobs seems to only have occurred since our products entered the Reject Shop for the first time last year.

“The Barbecue Tubes is our most popular product, sales through the Reject Shop and other retailers was very good during 2020 and seems to be continuing this year.”

However, fans of Tasty Toobs believe that nothing can compare to the OG snack, and I have to admit I agree.

“There is nothing else like them on the market,” Brad, the creator of Facebook group of Bring Back Toobs Now said previously.
