God we just love smashing two food types together and hoping for the best, don’t we?
Sydney‘s newest kid on the burger block, 4 Ounces, have brought back the humble ice cream sandwich and given it a burg twist – yep, you guessed it. Ice cream burgers.
And let me tell you, they look bloody glorious.

That top one is the Peanut Butter & Dulce de Leche with maple-glazed donut and candied bacon, and the other is Turkish Delight gelato with pistachio-glazed donut and pashmak (Persian fairy floss).
The sweet ‘nuts are made with Bellingen gelato, and the buns are straight from Donut Papi, so god you know they’re gunna be good.
Ugh, LOOK at them. I
want need them in and around my mouth immediately.
You can grab the delicious burgs from 4 Ounces’ Alexandria shop but if you want these flava-flavs, be bloody quick ‘cos the menu changes monthly.
