The chicken connoisseurs have crafted a holy mix of chook and halloumi which they’re calling Halloucken and trust us, it’s gonna be on everyone’s lips this summer (both by word of mouth and by guzzling down loads of burgs).
It includes three pieces of deliciously squeaky halloumi imported all the way from Cyprus, a freshly grilled 100% chicken breast fillet, creamy mayo, mixed lettuce leaves with a tomato and capsicum relish all on an incredibly soft potato bun.
