Messina Has Brought Back The Gooey Fairy Bread Cookie Pie & I Honestly Want To Make Love To It

Well, well, well we meet again: Messina Gooey Fairy Bread Cookie Pie. Oh, how I’ve missed your delectable cookie taste and gooey centre.

Yes, the crumbly choc-chip bad boy stuffed with vanilla custard and topped with 100s and 1000s is back baby and ready for your stomach.

It honestly couldn’t have come at a better time, considering both Sydney and Melbourne are stuck in a hard lockdown. In fact, it was around this time last year (July 24 to be exact) that they introduced this mouth-watering treat, that you could bake at home.

I’m not even joking when I say that I’m hyperventilating over this god-tier Messina creation. My sweet tooth is in overdrive at the moment, and I’m sorry but the weird protein bar I bought from Aldi just isn’t really cutting the mustard.

Messina
Just look at it in all its glory.

Maybe I just need to get laid, but this cookie is honestly getting me aroused. Jesus christ. If you’re also feeling some type of way about the Messina Gooey Fairy Bread Cookie Pie, you can pre-order it from all Messina stores on Monday July 19 by signing up to the mailing list here.

The Messina kit comes in three bundles, with either a 500ml tub, 1 litre tub or 1.5 litre tub – ranging from $38 to $48. If I were you, I’d opt for the heftier option – because you’re only stuck in lockdown once right? Psychhhh, lockdown number five baby.

But seriously, just treat yourself. The calories will be worth it, just to taste a little slice of heaven. I’ve already decided this cookie pie is my intimate partner for the Melbourne lockdown, which means I can see it (and eat it) as much as I want.

To conclude, I’ll impart some wise words a man named Cookie Monster once told me: “me want cookie.”
