Macca’s Is Doing Free Delivery All Week For Perth Punters Hungry For A Lockdown Feed

perth lockdown macca's free delivery

As Perth settles into its first day of a week-long hard lockdown, Macca’s has decided to make things a little easier for those nights (or lunches, or breakfasts) when everything seems a bit much and you just wanna have a burger and some chippies.

For the whole week of the Perth lockdown, Maccas is doing free delivery across every app you can find the golden arches from Monday until 6pm Friday when Perth residents are allowed back outside, assuming everything goes well.

Delivery apps like Menulog, DoorDash, Deliveroo and UberEats will waive the delivery fee for a Macca’s feed for anyone in the Perth, Peel and South West regions all week, so you can cop a cheeky burg without having to leave the house.

Me.

Depending on what app you go for, you do have to reach an order minimum though. Menulog has no minimum spend – you can order one (1) hashbrown if you want – which is a real treat. If you gotta go with Deliveroo or DoorDash, you gotta spend at least $20 to get that sweet free delivery and a minimum of $25 for UberEats orders.

For the rest of us in the other parts of Aus, there’s no need to feel left out here because Macca’s free delivery is happening for us too, but only on Menulog. All orders made from now until Friday evening will cop that sweet deal, too.

Huge news for those of us who have been craving hotcakes with that incredible whipped butter situation but simply haven’t been able to justify ordering in breakfast on a Tuesday.

Also me.

Truly no need to panic-shop my dear Perthonalities. And look, lockdown sucks and it’s rough, whether it’s a long weekend, a week, or half a bloody year like us Melbourne folks did in 2020. Be kind to yourself in the Perth lockdown, and don’t feel guilty if you just want to order in food a bunch this week. At least let yourself do it for cheap, yeah?
