KitKat Is Launching 4 New Christmas Flavours & One Of Them Is Literally A Choccy Baked Ham

KitKat Flavours

KitKat has launched its rather wild spread of flavours to celebrate the holiday season, and naturally, we just had to put them all in our gobs and try them out.

TBH, some of them highkey slap.

Heading to stores right now in preparation for Christmas are four wild creations; Champagne & Prosciutto, Australian Baked Ham & Orange, Honey Glazed Carrots and Christmas Pudding with Brandy Custard. Sounds like a right-ole Chrissie feast, but when you put them into the form of a KitKat bar, things start to get interesting.

I put my mouth on the line to see just how bonkers the brand new flavours really were, and let me just tell you now, my tastebuds truly were not prepared for what I got. Without further ado, here’s how the new KitKats rate.

Champagne, Melon & Prosciutto

Described as an “appetiser to kick off the feast with a delicate balance of French Champagne, fragrant melon & crispy salty prosciutto”, this KitKat is extra AF. Basically, this one tasted subtly like Midori and not-so-subtly like salted chocolate in the one package.

You definitely get the sense that you’re eating melons and prosciutto, so hey, points for achieving your goals KitKat.

Champagne KitKat

Aussie Baked Ham & Orange

Featuring “delectable orange and clove glaze” this ham-inspired KitKat is intended to “provide a seasonal delight for the ‘main course’”. Basically, you start with champagne and move on to the ham.

This one is… a lot of fuckery. It definitely tastes like ham and orange. In fact, I had to check that there wasn’t a big ol’ slice of ham embedded in my KitKat. 100% the flavour that cannot be described with mere words. Needless to say, KitKats should never taste like ham.

Honey Glazed Carrots

Intended to be the “side-dish” of the Christmas feast, this flavour is bound to be a smash with carrot lovers. Why? Because it’s so undeniably carrot-flavoured that it almost feels… healthy?

It truly tastes like munching on a choc-covered carrot and hey, if that’s your fantasy, you can now live it bb.

Christmas Pudding with Brandy Custard

Described as the “opulent” and “delightful” dessert to end the Christmas feast, this one is hands down the highlight of the batch. It’s a brandy KitKat!! What is not to love about brandy and chocolate??

KitKat, if you’re reading this, send me all the brandy KitKats. I love them with all my heart.
