Gird Your Arteries, Sydney, ‘Cos Deep Fried Burgers Are Comin’ To Bondi

You know how every time you’re eating a burger, even a really delicious one, a tiny but significant part of you regrets that the burger hasn’t been fried in sizzling fat to a crisp golden brown?
No? Just me?
Welp, regardless of whether your food fantasies all involve vats of hot oil, here is a snack to sate even the most powerful appetite for novelty: a DEEP. FRIED. BURGER.
Cop that toothsome monstrosity. According to the evil geniuses responsible for the DFB, Sydney‘s Milky Lane Bondi, the golden orb is made from Hungarian flat bread which they make themselves (and is “SO crunchy, salty and still somehow sweet“). Inside is a wagyu patty, smoked beef brisket, American cheese, sauerkraut and caramelised onions.
A full burger experience, in other words – only deep fried.
The crime against nature / pinnacle of culinary innovation is only available for one week from today, so Sydneysiders, get your orders in quick. You can find more on how to wrap your greasy little hands around one of these morsels right here.
