Basically, you’re getting all the best bits of a red velvet cake and a warm, chewy white choc-chip cookie in a family-sized pie. Oh, and you’re meant to pair it with a giant scoop of gelato. What’s not to love?
Last week, Gelato Messina decided to sling some free cookie pies, and although it was a bit of a bumpy ride, it proved that they’re really onto something (see: giant cookie pies).
After taking it back to the drawing board, they’re back with a new plan of attack, and a tasty new pie to get your grubby little hands on.
This time around, you can pre-order your pie for pickup any day or time from April 29 to May 3, which means you don’t have to frantically rush in-store to get your hands on a pie.
Unfortunately, the red velvet cookie pie isn’t free, but they’re offering a tasty discount if you pair it with a tub of delicious gelato. I mean, you probably didn’t need an excuse to buy a 1.5l tub of gelato, but now you’ve got one.
The pie itself will set you back $20, but depending on your take-home tub size, you can save up to $10 on your total order. Not to mention, this thing is huge. You could definitely share this with the whole fam (or eat it all to yourself, I’m not going to judge).
